If you already have a Con Edison online account, you can use the same email address and password to register for retiree self-service if that email matches the one you provided to the company when you retired.
You’ll need your employee ID and last pension net paycheck amount to verify your identity. If you have not received your first pension check, you can use your last net paycheck as an employee.
Log in to the Employee Hub and select the "Pay" icon. On the following screen, select "Payment Methods."
Submit a Service Request in the Employee Hub or contact HR Assistance at 1-800-582-5056 with a date and time when you can come to 4 Irving Place to pick up a new card.
