Con Edison Retiree Health Program Open Enrollment for 2025
Your current benefits will carry over to 2025. No action is needed unless you are covering a dependent between the ages of 19 and 23 who is considered a full-time student, or you want to change your healthcare coverage.
How to Change or Update Your Benefits for 2025
To modify your coverage, you must:
- download and review the Open Enrollment forms below, and
- Login to Employee Hub, select “Benefits,” select "Before You Enroll"
- If you are adding an eligible dependent who is currently not on your plan, add them on this page. Supporting documentation will be required.
- Select "Start Enrollment page" and follow the process.
- When complete, select "Submit"
- Verify that all your options are correct on the confirmation screen.
Open Enrollment Deadline: Friday, December 6, 2024
If you have additional questions, please submit Service Request in HR Connect or call HR Assistance at 1-800-582-5056 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Please note: the United Healthcare (Secure Horizons/Oxford) HMO Plan is not open to new participants but remains open to current participants.

2025 Dental Open Enrollment
Retiree dental plan open enrollment for 2025 will run from Monday, November 25 through Friday, December 6, 2024.
Please note that:
- If you do not wish to make any changes, no action is necessary and your current enrollment will continue for 2025; there is no need to contact Con Edison.
- Whenever you change coverage to another option, you must remain in that option for at least two years before you can make another coverage change.
If you are currently enrolled in the Con Edison Retiree Dental Plan, a 2025 Open Enrollment letter was mailed your home with plan details and instruction on how to make changes to your coverage.
